Services include documentation clearance, typing, PRO services, government liaison, local sponsorship assistance, office spaces, visa services, banking, and accounting support.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee incorporation across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.
- Manage company law compliance, amendments, renewals, and dissolutions.
- Coordinate incorporation processes and licence renewals.
- Assess client requirements and recommend suitable jurisdictions and structures.
- Maintain client relationships and provide accurate information to prospects.
- Support banking, accounting, auditing, immigration, visa, clearance, attestation, and office administration services.
- Conduct due diligence and maintain accurate, secure client records.
- Maintain expertise in UAE corporate laws and business practices and protect confidential information.
Candidate requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE company laws, regulations, and jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Professional demeanour and commitment to exceptional service.
- Fluent English is required; an additional language is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Work location
- The role is performed in person.
