Role Overview
Provide strategic business setup advisory for entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates entering the UAE market.
Advise clients on jurisdictions, ownership structures, licensing, regulatory requirements, and long-term business and tax goals.
Client Advisory and Jurisdiction Expertise
- Recommend Mainland, Freezone, or DIFC jurisdictions based on client needs.
- Advise on UAE Mainland formation, IFZA, DMCC, Meydan, and other major Freezones.
- Set up and manage DIFC holding companies, family offices, and prescribed companies.
- Advise on cross-border structuring, international expansion, family wealth, asset protection, and succession planning.
Setup, Compliance, and Sales
- Map business activities to licensing authorities and ensure compliance with permitted activities.
- Oversee company formation, documentation, approvals, licensing, and coordination with internal teams.
- Support bank account opening, KYC/AML compliance, and due diligence readiness.
- Convert qualified leads and upsell accounting, tax, audit, and office solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Freezone licensing, DIFC structures, regulations, and approvals.
- Experience with HNI clients and international investors.
- Strong understanding of UAE corporate tax, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value clients.
- English is mandatory; Arabic and French are advantageous.
