Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from enquiry through successful company incorporation
- Convert company generated leads into clients through consultative selling
- Build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and business development
- Develop strategic referral partnerships with accountants, law firms, wealth managers, real estate professionals, consultants, and other business communities
- Maintain long term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Work closely with Operations team to ensure an exceptional client experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services sales experience
- Strong understanding of UAE Mainland Licensing, Free Zones, Offshore Company Formation, UAE Visa Processes, Corporate Structuring, Business Banking Support
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, close company formation opportunities, develop referral partnerships, and generate business independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

- Salary Range: Fixed: AED6,000 – AED9,000 (based on experience and qualifications) + Commissions
What You'll Do
- Advising clients on UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.
- Managing the complete sales cycle—from enquiry through successful company incorporation.
- Converting company generated leads into clients through consultative selling.
- Building your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and business development.
- Developing strategic referral partnerships with accountants, law firms, wealth managers, real estate professionals, consultants, and other business communities.
- Maintaining long term relationships with clients and referral partners.
