Full-time, on-site Business Setup Advisor role based in Dubai.
The Advisor guides clients through end-to-end company formation and coordinates with relevant authorities.
Core responsibilities
- Assess business requirements and recommend appropriate legal structures.
- Advise clients on licensing options, costs, timelines, and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review documentation, track application progress, and coordinate with authorities.
- Manage client queries and explain processes clearly.
- Collaborate with PRO and finance teams to deliver efficient and accurate services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws and government procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, interpret regulations, and compare setup options.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in UAE business setup.
- Experience in consulting or management consulting, preferably in business setup, corporate services, or a related field.
- Familiarity with UAE business regulations, licensing authorities, and free-zone and mainland company formation processes.
- Proven client-service mindset with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
