- Advise clients on business setup options and company formation procedures in the UAE
- Handle document clearance from initial application to final license issuance
- Manage PRO services including visa processing, government approvals, labor cards, and establishment card applications
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in company formation within the UAE, preferably with a well established business setup firm
- In depth knowledge of company formation procedures across all legal structures in accordance with UAE legislation
- Expert level understanding of Abu Dhabi & Dubai specific labor and immigration laws and processes
- Hands on experience in document clearance, from initial application to final license issuance
- Proficient in handling PRO services, including visa processing, government approvals, labor cards, and establishment card applications
- Strong familiarity with UAE labor and immigration regulations, as well as procedures of various government authorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Setup Advisor from Russia/ China nationalities to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company formation and be well versed in UAE laws and regulations related to business setup and government procedures.
Requirements
