Business Setup Advisor

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month + Commission

EBMS Business Services LLC is a Dubai-based business consultancy specializing in company formation, licensing, visa services, banking support, and corporate compliance.

We assist entrepreneurs and companies with their business setup requirements across UAE Free Zones and Mainland.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and be confident in advising clients on suitable business setup solutions.

You will be responsible for managing clients from the initial consultation through the completion of their business setup and related services.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup options.
• Advise clients on UAE Free Zone and Mainland company formation.
• Handle company incorporation, license renewals, amendments, and related services.
• Coordinate visa, immigration, and work permit processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service packages based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with Free Zone authorities and internal departments to ensure smooth processing.
• Keep updated with changes in UAE business regulations, licensing requirements, and Free Zone policies.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful business setup clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.

• Proven experience in UAE business setup, company formation, or business consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zones such as Meydan, RAKEZ, SPC, Ajman Free Zone, and others.
• Good understanding of company licensing, visas, immigration, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Tagalog or Malayalam language skills are preferred.
