The employer is hiring enthusiastic and motivated individuals as Business Setup Advisors.
The role is aimed at freshers starting a career in sales and business consultancy within the UAE market.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote business setup services in the UAE.
- Explain company formation processes, licensing, and related services.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client databases in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
- Coordinate with PRO and documentation teams for client onboarding.
- Provide customer service and resolve client queries professionally.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are suitable.
- Telesales or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
- A confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach is required.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools, is required.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet targets.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required.
