Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with key accounts
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide customized solutions
- Achieve sales targets and account growth through upselling and cross selling
- Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support) to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Corporate & Business Sales

Job Objectives
- As part of the business sales supervisor rules to handle 2 parts, the corporate section (B2B) and the manpower section (B2C), the job task is created to make sure that the business is going smoothly and efficiently.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
