Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational activities, identify and assess risks, escalate issues, and implement immediate corrective measures when required.
- Coordinate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective controls, and consistent application of risk management frameworks.
- Prepare shift reports, maintain detailed records, support audits, and contribute to improvements in operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Strong background in risk disciplines, including Enterprise Risk Management and practical exposure to operational or business risk frameworks.
- Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and familiarity with relevant industry standards and local regulations.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to interpret financial data and assess its risk implications.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to identify trends, evaluate controls, and make data informed decisions.
- Experience in shift based operations or similar supervisory roles, preferably in a regulated or high control environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical and compliant operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

Role Description
