Position: Business Relationship Manager (Sales and Marketing Manager)

Due to continued growth, LMATS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute the organisation’s national sales and marketing strategy.

This is a full-time permanent position responsible for planning, directing and coordinating LMATS’ sales and marketing activities.

The successful candidate will:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth targets

Identify and develop new business opportunities across engineering, testing and inspection sectors

Direct and coordinate sales activities, including pricing strategies and contract negotiations

Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client requirements to inform business strategy
