About the Role

Business Relations Intern supporting the Strategic Partnerships team in Doha under the Strategic Projects Manager.

The role provides hands-on involvement in partnership development from initial research through signed MOUs.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential partner organizations across government, financial, academic, and private sectors.
  • Assist with outreach messages, follow-ups, and meeting requests to prospective partners.
  • Maintain a live partnership pipeline tracker with current statuses and next steps.
  • Support collaboration proposals and draft MOUs before partner meetings.
  • Attend meetings and networking events, take notes, and track action items.
  • Coordinate meeting scheduling and follow-up communication with partner organizations.
  • Research business events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Qatar.
  • Support day-to-day coordination with institutional partners.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently a student in business, international relations, communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate based in Qatar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Comfortable reaching out professionally to people and organizations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.
  • Genuine interest in partnerships, business development, or relationship-driven work.
  • No prior professional experience is required.
