About the Role
Skypoint is seeking a motivated Business QA Intern to support quality assurance across its enterprise product suite.
The role focuses on validating real-world workflows, testing end-to-end user journeys, and ensuring a high-quality product experience.
This is a hands-on, in-office internship for fresh graduates, with opportunities to contribute to small enhancements and fixes.
Business and Functional QA
- Perform business-focused testing of product workflows, user journeys, and functional requirements.
- Validate business rules, real-world use cases, and customer-facing modules across integrated applications.
- Identify functional gaps, edge cases, and inconsistencies in product behavior.
- Execute smoke, regression, and end-to-end testing before releases.
- Document defects with reproduction steps, expected outcomes, and business impact.
- Maintain QA checklists and regression coverage for release readiness.
- Build and enhance regression suites using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Assist with integrating automated validation into CI/CD pipelines.
