What You'll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to document, analyze, and improve business processes across multiple departments.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
  • Develop business process maps using BPMN and process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Gather and document business requirements for operational improvements and process enhancements.
  • Support cross functional process improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Coordinate action items, follow ups, and stakeholder communication across multiple business functions.
  • Maintain process documentation and governance materials within SharePoint.
  • Assist with KPI tracking, reporting, and process governance activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and standardize business operations.
  • Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of PTAG's Business Process Management (BPM) framework.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Business Process Management, Business Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Operations.
  • Experience documenting business processes and creating process workflows.
  • Strong experience developing SOPs and operational documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation

  • Salary Range for Role: CAD 60,000 – CAD 65,000 CAD per year.
