Position Purpose
The Business Process Lead, Front End supports the strategy, design, and rollout of complex ordering systems and store-floor processes.
The role covers picking, staging, checkout, and fulfillment of customer orders.
The position acts as product owner for a key part of the in-store order flow and prioritizes customer and associate experience.
Strategy and Planning
- Build a deep understanding of the store experience and use data to identify workflow and process opportunities.
- Turn ambiguous business needs into clearly defined problems and communicate a strategic view of future store ordering.
- Align partners through an agile approach informed by competitive and industry insight.
Delivery and Execution
- Test and refine solutions through store feedback and proof-of-concept work with business stakeholders and IT.
- Communicate feature benefits, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and likely effects on store associates.
- Lead change management by translating solutions into requirements and explaining the reasons for changes.
- Analyze operational reporting and data to generate insights and recommend product and process improvements.
