Requirements
- Must have the ability to assist in defining and documenting a capability delivery roadmap that details functionality and sequencing from Initial Operating Capability through Final Operating Capability.
- Must possess the ability to assist in defining and documenting configuration requirements, business rules, functional requirements, and system requirements.
- Must be capable of leveraging industry best practices to plan, organize, and guide complex programs using Commercial Off-the-Shelf tools.
- Must have the ability to provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and other forms of knowledge transfer, and to serve as a key coordinator among multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
- Must possess the ability to assist in defining and documenting data modeling requirements, including system data generated internally and data sourced externally from legacy Systems of Record.
- Must be capable of making recommendations for Standard Operating Procedures across multiple organizations throughout the Government enterprise.
- Must have the ability to apply process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to conduct process modernization projects, including performing activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
- Must have ten years of experience conducting Business Process Engineering activities and five years of experience utilizing process improvement methodologies for Commercial Off-the-Shelf integration programs, or fourteen years of Business Process Engineering experience and five years of process improvement experience if no bachelor’s degree is held.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Security, a business discipline, or equivalent from an accredited college or university, or four additional years of Business Process Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
