Role Overview
The Business Process & Automation Analyst supports the transition from business idea to automation project and deployment.
The role is part of the Business Operations Automation Team and includes ongoing automation monitoring and maintenance.
The position is permanent and based in Toronto.
Process Analysis and Documentation
- Validate business requirements and conduct in-depth analysis of processes that are automation candidates.
- Prepare intake, process design, solution design, handoff, and deployment documentation.
- Review business requirement documents for risks and dependencies affecting existing automations.
- Support automation implementation for new client onboarding and assess client requirements for existing automations.
Automation Team Support
- Monitor automation status alerts, vendor service alerts, release notes, and automation team tickets.
- Support simple maintenance such as digital worker restarts and credential maintenance.
- Identify program risks, release impacts, new opportunities, and suitable tools or features.
- Maintain automation status and results reporting.
