The Business Process Analyst (BPA) is responsible for analyzing, optimizing , and standardizing end-to-end business processes.

The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, support ERP/IBP system integration initiatives, and enable efficient, scalable ways of working.

Reporting to a Business Process Owner (BPO), the BPA provides the analytical foundation that supports process design, transformation initiatives, continuous improvement, data quality, and operational excellence.

The BPA c ollaborates with stakeholders across Planning, IT, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations while serving as a critical liaison between business teams and technology partners.

This is a hybrid role three (3) days per week on-site at our Oakville, ON location.

The compensation for this position is between $ 88 , 5 00 and $ 106 , 2 00 annually , based on experience and qualifications.

This role is eligible for participation in the annual short-term incentive bonus program, company-matched RRSP, and an extensive health and wellness medical benefits program.

• Monitor process blockers and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Contribute to future-state process design and optimization.
• Maintain work instructions and process documentation.
• Measure process adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
• Define and support data governance standards and controls.
• Support master data quality, audits, and remediation activities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Lead and support UAT testing and validation activities.
