Summary

Compensation

• This salaried, exempt position pays from $85,000 to $95,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.
• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
• Organize, update, create, and improve best practices for direct-to-consumer (DTC) processes and workflows
• Collaborate across business functions to manage interdependencies and requirements for process improvements
• Lead culture of sharing and adopting best practices in DTC flows
• Support selection, development, and implementation of new tools and processes
• Support process execution to maintain compliance standards across markets and ensure deployment of DTC strategy in the US
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget
• Coordinate communication and resource allocation between back office and warehouses
• Analyze and improve data visibility, scenario audits, analyses, and models continuously
• Apply qualitative an quantitative analytics to processes, including creating KPIs aligned with expectations
• Support strategies for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating data to back office partners
• Assist with maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation of tools, forums, and reporting enhancements
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analyze data and feedback using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Communicate clearly and effectively
• Solve problems efficiently
• Evaluate results and measure performance against goals
• Work independently with minimal guidance on multiple projects
• Apply strong business acumen, including knowledge of financial reporting and metrics
• Demonstrate systems administration experience
• Understand retail and/or ecommerce operations, including ERP and WMS systems
• Use prototyping, modeling, and process flow tools effectively
• Define workflows and processes in a fast-paced, Agile, distributed environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Access, Excel, Project, and Vision.
