Responsibilities
- Ensure all contracted supplies of raw materials, utilities, and other facilities are available as per plan to support supply chain demands
- Develop strategies and lead the contracting process for benzene
- Administer all contracts with third parties (suppliers, port authorities, Sabtank)
- Work closely with procurement and operations to ensure supplies are received and certified, and payments are made on time following contractual conditions
- Certify payments to third parties after verifying compliance to contract conditions
- Assess supplier performance and provide feedback
- Plan and coordinate benzene shipments and stock management including swap arrangements with other importers in Jubail
- Lead and facilitate discussions with third parties on contract/supply reconciliation aspects
- Draft and participate in review of contracts/MOUs/LOIs for supplies/facility lease or sharing/commercial understanding
- Support strategic planning in technical assessment and contracting of feedstock/utilities/land/facility support arrangements for growth projects
- Prepare or contribute to the preparation of section reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental procedures
Requirements
- Experience in managing contracted raw material and utility supplies
- Experience in contract administration and negotiation with third parties
- Knowledge of petrochemical supply chain and feedstock management
- Ability to develop strategies and lead contracting processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Purpose
- To manage all contracted raw material and utility supplies, 3rd party interfaces that are essential for the uninterrupted functioning of the production process. To secure feedstock, utility and facility support for Farabi's growth projects.
Main Accountabilities
- Applies approved department's policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
- Applies the day to day operations assigned for the Business Planning function to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- To ensure that all the contracted supplies of Raw materials, utilities and other facilities are available as per plan to support the supply chain demands.
- To develop strategies and lead the contracting process for benzene.
- To administer all the contracts with 3rd parties (suppliers / Port authorities / Sabtank).

Reporting
- Prepares or contributes to the preparation of section reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet Farabi and department requirements, policies and standards.
HSSE and Related Assignments
- Ensures compliance to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental procedures across the Company.
- Participates adheres across company to HSSE Code of Conduct and actively participates in promoting the use of risk assessments.
- Participates in safety, health and environmental programs.
- Participates in incident investigation and provide technical expertise as required.
Communications & Working Relationships
- Internal: Procurement, Finance, Maintenance, Operations, Logistics and Quality Assurance.
- External: Feedstock & Utilities Suppliers and Vendors.
