Overview
We are seeking BPA Supervisor to be responsible for executing core accounting activities and supporting financial planning & analysis processes.
This role ensures accurate financial reporting, assists in budgeting and forecasting, and supports senior finance team members with analysis and reporting.
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and cash transactions
- Assist in tax filings and statutory reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and internal controls
Financial Planning & Analysis (Fp&A)
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
- Support development of basic financial models and reports
- Prepare regular financial reports and performance summaries
- Track key financial KPIs and highlight variances
- Assist in data collection and consolidation for planning cycles
- Support process improvements in reporting and data accuracy
Required Educational Level And Certificates
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or relevant technical field.
- MBA is highly desirable.
Required Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting & FP&A & mandatory 1-2 years of experience working with a pharmaceutical company.
