Responsibilities
- Build and maintain comprehensive executive scorecards, performance dashboards, and operational reports to enhance leadership visibility
- Analyze portfolio and delivery data to spot trends, risks, and execution gaps, translating raw numbers into actionable business recommendations
- Audit incoming information and constructively challenge vague assumptions to ensure overall reporting accuracy
- Actively track operational metrics, commitments, and outstanding risks to drive team accountability through to final closure
- Streamline existing workflows and improve reporting efficiency by leveraging Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft 365 suite
Requirements
- Two to five years of professional experience in business analysis, performance analytics, or business operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven track record of creating high quality dashboards and executive presentations
- Strong critical thinking capabilities with demonstrated ability to connect data metrics directly to high level business outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to confidently deliver insights and guide cross functional teams
- Highly self motivated and comfortable making decisions when working with incomplete or ambiguous information
