Business Performance Lead

5 or more years of experience in a business performance / analytics role translating business strategy and objectives, business information and data into actionable insights that achieve higher levels of business performance credible interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data

Proven experience leading continuous improvement

Systems: Advance Excel (Power query, complex formulas, nesting, macros)

Credible interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data

Strong influential and communication skills.

Previous experience leading a team of specialists

Financial services, general insurance, and claims management preferred.

Business degree or post graduate qualification in Information Management, Business, Finance, Statistics or Mathematical qualification.

Systems: Intermediate Power BI, Intermediate SQL
