Job Description

  • Protiviti is looking for a Business Performance Improvement Senior Consultant to join the Financial Performance Management team.
  • The role involves mentoring, training, and coaching Interns and Consultants while facilitating project work plans.

  • Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Experience with process improvement, business transformation, and project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of accounting/finance processes and objectives.
  • Knowledge of accounting operations, financial frameworks, financial accounting systems, and business intelligence tools.
  • Process analysis and assessments, development of process flows and future state roadmaps.
  • Service excellence: identifying key client issues and developing recommendations.
  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships.
  • Ability to communicate issues to client personnel, including executives.
  • Supervisory experience including mentoring and oversight.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years in Consulting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Assurance Services, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Our Hybrid Workplace

  • Protiviti practices a hybrid model combining in person and remote work.
  • Ratio of remote to in person varies by client, project, team, and other factors.
  • Work includes in person at local Protiviti offices and on client sites, with possible travel.

Salary Range

  • Starting salary based on full time equivalent schedule.
  • Salary range: CAD 74,000 – CAD 111,000.
  • Placement in range depends on experience, skills, and geographic work location.
