Business Operations Strategy & Planning Manager

15+ years of industry experience , including 10+ years in strategy and business development within the North American energy market, with demonstrated expertise across energy consultancy, market research, investment banking, or similar environments.

Deep energy sector knowledge spanning Oil & Gas, industrial applications, generation technologies, transmission products and services, utilities, and alternative, clean, and distributed energy solutions.

Bachelor’s degree required , preferably in Engineering; MBA preferred .

Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in start‑up environments and/or end‑to‑end product development, from concept through commercialization.

Strong strategic and execution capabilities , including business, financial, and operational planning, with a proven ability to translate strategy into launched business solutions.

Advanced proficiency in business tools , including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Think‑Cell, Efficient Elements, Tableau).Travel 25-50%
