Qualifications and Experience
- At least five years of experience in jewellery retail and factory operations.
- Proven experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar managerial position.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong experience in retail operations, factory operations, sales management, manpower management, loss prevention, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage operations of multiple jewellery retail outlets and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Monitor business performance, sales targets, and retail KPIs across all outlets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and sales discipline.
- Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular management reports on sales, KPIs, manpower, incidents, and operations.
- Take ownership and ensure accountability for retail outlets and factory performance and operational standards.
