Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operational activities, ensuring that internal processes, workflows, and business systems run efficiently and align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Analyze operational performance, track key metrics, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and resource utilization.
- Coordinate cross functional initiatives, support program management activities, monitor budgets, and collaborate with finance teams on operational planning and cost control.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, identify operational risks, and implement practical solutions to improve overall business performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Operations and Operations Management, with the ability to optimize processes and manage day to day activities effectively.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights for decision making.
- Program Management capabilities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring cross functional projects and initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis related to operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities in a part time schedule, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in a consulting, services, or solutions focused organization is beneficial, particularly within the Abu Dhabi or broader UAE market.
