Role Description
- This is a part time Business Operations Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on site work and some work from home.
- The Business Operations Manager will oversee day to day operational processes across sales, charter, and management activities, ensuring efficient workflows and alignment with company objectives.
- Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing operational data, and recommending improvements to enhance service quality and profitability.
- The role will coordinate cross functional projects, support budgeting and financial tracking, and contribute to forecasting and resource planning.
- The Business Operations Manager will also help refine policies, optimize procedures, and collaborate with leadership to maintain high standards of client service and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily processes and optimize workflows.
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support informed decision making.
- Program Management experience to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and align stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in luxury services, hospitality, maritime, or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing priorities independently, and adapting to changing business needs.
