About the Role
LawCrust is seeking a Business Operations Intern for a four-month internship in business operations.
The role supports clients, internal teams, sales functions, management, and day-to-day business operations.
The internship provides practical exposure to client communication, sales coordination, business research, and workflow management.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
- Local commuting may be required for client meetings, research, business activities, or other work requirements.
Client and Sales Coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Handle client follow-ups and coordinate ongoing requirements.
- Support the sales team with coordination and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate between clients, sales, management, and internal departments.
- Assist with client requirements and ensure timely responses.
- Make regular calls to clients and prospects as required.
