Growthstrap is seeking a Business Operations Intern to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day business operations.
The role covers business processes, team coordination, client communication, task management, reporting, documentation, research, and operational execution.
Internship Details
- The internship duration is 4 months.
- The department is Business Operations.
- The location is Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist management and operations teams with daily business activities and process execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Track pending tasks, activities, deliverables, operational records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and other business-related documents.
- Assist with research, data collection, basic analysis, task monitoring, and management updates.
- Identify operational gaps, support process improvement, and streamline routine activities.
- Coordinate meetings, project activities, schedules, and other operational requirements.
- Support business development, sales coordination, and other operational activities when required.
