• Provide administrative support to IT leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, agendas, and follow-ups.

• Maintain vendor relationships and track contract renewal dates, terms, and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contract review and vendor onboarding. Shipping & logistics
• Manage inbound and outbound hardware logistics, including equipment for new hires, returns from departing employees, and RMAs.
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records in coordination with the IT team.
• Handle international and domestic shipping requirements, customs documentation, and carrier relationships as needed. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Lead coordination of GRC activities across IT, internal stakeholders, and external auditors.
• Manage audit calendars, evidence collection, and remediation tracking for our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 programs.

• Maintain policy documentation, control matrices, and risk registers.

• Experience supporting a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit cycle end-to-end.
• Experience thriving in a fully remote role, with strong self-direction and async communication habits.
• Background in IT asset management or hardware logistics.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology or services company.
• IT budget tracking and purchasing processes run predictably with clean monthly reconciliation.
• Audit cycles complete on time with organized evidence and minimal fire drills.
• Hardware and logistics workflows (onboarding/offboarding, shipping, inventory) are documented and reliable.
• IT leadership is freed up from administrative overhead and has clear visibility into spend and compliance status.
