Star Bright Day Nursery is looking for an outstanding Business Operations Coordinator to become the operational hub of our organization. You will coordinate and support multiple areas including executive support, recruitment, admissions, compliance, and marketing.

Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's diary and meetings
- Track actions and deadlines
- Prepare reports and presentations

Role Overview
- Star Bright is a growing group of UK nurseries, managed from our Head Office in Dubai.
- We are looking for an outstanding Business Operations Coordinator to become the operational hub of our organisation.
- This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO and senior leadership team.
Your Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Managing the CEO's diary and meetings, tracking actions and deadlines, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating travel and appointments, drafting professional correspondence.
- Recruitment & HR: Advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews, preparing contracts and offer letters, processing references and DBS applications, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding.
- Admissions: Managing parent enquiries, booking nursery show rounds, following up enquiries, processing enrolments, maintaining admissions records.
- Compliance: Updating compliance trackers, supporting audits and inspections, maintaining policies and records, ensuring documentation remains accurate.
- Marketing: Scheduling social media content, updating the company website, coordinating newsletters, managing review requests, supporting marketing campaigns.
Essential Experience
- At least three years' experience in an operations, administration or executive support role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience supporting multiple departments.
- Ability to work independently.
