Business Operations Associate

Tools / Technical Proficiency: Required - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams; exceptional executive writing, editing, presentation-development, and briefing-product skills.

• Preferred - Familiarity with Enterprise Task Management Software 2 (ETMS2), Task Management Tool (TMT), SIPR TMT, SharePoint, Government task-management systems, collaborative document environments, and executive correspondence workflows.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications:

• U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force acquisition experience, particularly within acquisition organizations, program offices, Program Executive Offices, Field Commands, or senior acquisition staffs
• Previous Commander’s Action Group, Director’s Action Group, executive officer, command staff, or senior front-office experience
• Experience supporting General Officer, Senior Executive Service, Program Executive Officer, or comparable senior acquisition leadership
• Space Force or Air Force space acquisition, launch, range, satellite, or space-operations experience
• Professional speechwriting, strategic communications, or senior-leader messaging experience
• Experience preparing higher-headquarters reports and executive decision products
• Familiarity with Department of the Air Force staffing, correspondence, and executive communication conventions
