Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office administration
- Support the business in increasing sales and achieving monthly targets
- Add products to the website, including pricing and descriptions
- Process customer orders and create invoices
- Organise receipts and documentation for the accountant
- Photograph products for the website and social media
- Pack and dispatch customer orders
- Prepare DHL shipping labels and shipments
- Monitor stock and inventory
- Respond to customers via WhatsApp, Snapchat, and TikTok
- Assist with social media content and management
- Liaise with suppliers and courier companies
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) – essential; knowledge of Khaleeji dialect highly preferred
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion, designer brands, and current trends
- Strong eye for detail and presentation
- Confident using computer and able to learn new systems quickly
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Creative mindset with ability to contribute ideas for content and social media
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer focused approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work independently
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Strong product photography skills with good eye for lighting, composition, and presentation

Job Description
- We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail oriented Business Operations Assistant to become the first member of our Dubai team.
- We specialise in sourcing luxury fashion, accessories, and lifestyle products from Europe/Asia for clients across the GCC.
- This is a hands on role with a variety of responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem solving, and taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office administration.
- Support the business in increasing sales and achieving monthly targets.
- Add products to the website, including pricing and descriptions.
- Process customer orders and create invoices.
- Organise receipts and documentation for the accountant.
- Photograph products for the website and social media.

- AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
