Role Overview
Full-time Business Operations Associate role supporting daily operations, internal processes, reporting, and cross-functional business execution.
The role works with Business Development, Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor KPIs, sales activities, service levels, and business metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain processes, workflows, standard operating procedures, records, and documentation.
- Support process improvement, automation, business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, requests, approvals, deliverables, and external stakeholders.
- Investigate discrepancies and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Experience in business operations, operations, business analysis, sales operations, project coordination, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are required.
