The employer is hiring a Business Operations and Analytics Specialist for a contract role supporting operational analysis and strategic decision-making.
The role analyzes operational data, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Compensation
- The payout is $50 to $60 per hour.
Location
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across business functions.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Generate reports for data-driven decisions by leadership teams.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate business initiatives to assess their impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Familiarity with financial metrics and operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
