- Develop rubrics and structured assessments for specialized areas, such as deal analysis, M&A assessments, and investment scenarios.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
- Analyze financial data and develop insights to inform AI model development and improvement.
- Communicate complex financial concepts and results to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, F&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
- CFA (Level I/II/III) cleared, or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred. Candidates with relevant on job experience and training will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
