This is a remote contract role for a Business Operations and Analytics Specialist.

Payout
- The stated payout is $50-$60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs across business functions.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Generate reports for data-driven leadership decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on financial tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate business initiatives to assess their impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Familiarity with financial metrics and operational KPIs.
