Contract Business Operations Analyst role focused on operational data analysis, trend identification, and actionable insights.

Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote position with work-from-anywhere flexibility.
Compensation
- Pay range is $50-$60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators across business functions.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Generate reports supporting data-driven decisions for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Monitor business initiatives and evaluate their impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets.
- Familiarity with financial metrics and operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
