Work on a contract basis as a Business Operations and Analytics Specialist.
Analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Location and Work Arrangement

Compensation
- Payout is $50-$60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs across business functions.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Generate reports for data-driven leadership decisions.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Monitor business initiatives and evaluate their impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and data analysis or visualization tools.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets.
- Familiarity with financial metrics and operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
