Overview

  • We are seeking an enterprising and results driven Business Manager to lead and expand our IT sector operations in Saudi Arabia.
  • In this autonomous role, you will be fully responsible for business acquisition and market penetration.
  • Your primary objective will be to identify, negotiate, and secure new IT project contracts across software development, UI/UX design, infrastructure solutions, and IT consultancy.
  • This position is ideally suited for a self motivated professional who excels in a performance driven environment and seeks a compensation structure that rewards successful business generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B and B2C IT project opportunities within the local small to medium enterprise (SME) segment.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, utilizing cold outreach, professional networking, and inbound lead optimization to close deals.
  • Proposal & Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive commercial proposals, quotations, and formal RFP responses.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong long term relationships with local business owners and key corporate stakeholders.
  • Strategic Growth: Monitor local market trends to identify emerging commercial opportunities within the broader Saudi IT landscape (excluding cybersecurity).

Qualifications & Professional Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (a Master's degree or MBA is a distinct advantage).
  • Market Experience: Proven track record of successful business development or account management within the Saudi Arabian IT market.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong commercial understanding of IT services, including custom software, UI/UX design, and technical consulting.
  • Commercial Drive: A proactive, self directed professional who thrives under a high incentive, commission aligned compensation model.
  • End to End Sales Skills: Proficient in client acquisition, corporate networking, and formal proposal drafting.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with professional proficiency in both Arabic and English preferred to effectively navigate the local business culture.
