Role Overview
Support sales planning and target definition for key accounts.
Manage commercial relationships with retailers and coordinate trade marketing across physical and online channels.
Promote cross-brand collaboration and maintain the company's corporate perspective across retailer groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business relationships while maintaining long-term collaborative retailer partnerships.
- Build and implement plans with retail partners and brand teams, identifying sales opportunities to achieve targets.
- Execute strategic plans for wholesale targets and update net shipment plans based on trade and promotional activity.
- Support distribution strategies, sales programs, open-to-buy cascading, and retailer initiatives to increase sales and market share.
- Track brand performance against retailer and market results, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Maintain financial trackers for wholesale, retail, discounts, rebates, and returns within agreed timelines.
- Communicate sales results and key metrics to commercial, brand, sales, and external stakeholders.
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for retailer merchant and marketing matters.
- Conduct store visits and gather feedback to improve future planning and best practices.
- Support sales estimates, gross-to-net optimization, cooperative plans, promotional activity, and new product launches.
