Role Overview
Oversee all areas of the business, including financial management, business operations, payroll, and human resource administration.
Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to succeed in the role.
Staff Management and Development
- Select, hire, and supervise staff in all areas of the business.
- Coordinate orientation for new staff and ongoing training and education for current staff.
Business and Operations Management
- Implement the pricing strategy and manage the business toward aggressive growth goals.
- Monitor operational performance and drive issue resolution as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least three years of relevant work experience.
- General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training.
- Reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
