IDEA ACADEMY DUBAI CAMPUS is hiring a Business Management Teacher to deliver lectures, prepare lesson plans, and facilitate student-centered learning. The role includes assessment, student support, and academic administration.

Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned modules lectures according to the approved curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, classroom activities, and learning resources
- Facilitate interactive and student centered learning
- Encourage critical thinking, problem solving, and professional development
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
- Prepare, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, presentations, and examinations
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance
- Provide academic mentoring and guidance
- Assist students with coursework and project supervision
- Submit attendance reports, grades, and academic documentation within required deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in teaching business management or related field
- Ability to deliver lectures and prepare lesson plans
- Strong communication and facilitation skills

- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and quality assurance requirements.
Pay
- AED 2,100.00 AED 2,500.00 per month
