About the Role
ISONEX seeks a senior Business Lead to own client engagements from first conversation to certification. You will manage client relationships, drive business development, and coordinate a network of specialist consultants for compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Responsibilities
- Act as single accountable owner for each client engagement from kickoff to certification
- Be primary point of contact for clients, setting expectations and resolving issues
- Lead business development conversations with prospective clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
- Match specialist consultants to engagements by framework and sector
- Coordinate consultants through delivery stages
- Maintain delivery quality and protect timelines
- Help shape scaling of delivery model and templates
Requirements
- 5+ years in GRC, compliance, or cybersecurity consulting
- Track record of owning client relationships end to end
- Commercial instinct for scoping work, writing proposals, and closing
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2
- Excellent communication and presence
- Knowledge of the GCC market
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification
- Familiarity with GCC frameworks (NCA ECC, SAMA CSF)
- Existing network among global technology, financial, or government adjacent organisations
- Fluent English skills

The Role
- Business Lead is accountable for every client engagement from first conversation to certification.
- Face of the firm to clients, owner of new business, and coordinator of specialist consultant network.
- Senior, hands on role combining sales, project management, and client relationship ownership.
What You'll Own Client Engagements
- Act as single accountable owner for each engagement from kickoff to certification.
- Be primary point of contact for clients, setting expectations and resolving issues.
- Protect timeline and quality of every delivery.
What You'll Own Business Development & Growth
- Lead conversations with prospective clients, qualifying needs and preparing proposals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities across the globe.
- Represent ISONEX credibly to founders, security leaders, and procurement teams.
What You'll Own Consultant Network & Delivery
- Match the right specialist consultant to each engagement by framework and sector.
- Coordinate consultants through five delivery stages: scope, gap diagnostic, build, operate, audit support.
- Maintain delivery quality reflecting the ISONEX standard.
What You'll Own Firm Operations
- Help shape how ISONEX scales, refining delivery model, templates, and ways of working.
- Feed market insight back to founding team to sharpen positioning and service design.
Who We're Looking For Essential
- 5+ years in GRC, compliance, or cybersecurity consulting, ideally client facing.
- Track record of owning client relationships end to end.
