The organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics initiatives and support data-driven business growth.
The role oversees BI initiatives, translates business requirements into analytical solutions, and delivers insights through dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
Work arrangement
- The position is based in the United Arab Emirates and is fully remote.
- The employment arrangement is part-time.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
- Develop executive dashboards and management reports.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into BI and reporting solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and develop performance measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.
- Support forecasting, strategic planning, and business performance analysis.
- Automate and improve reporting processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Improve BI tools, processes, and data solutions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of BI, analytics, or data-related experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar BI technologies is required.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities are required.
- Understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics is required.
- A strategic mindset and strong attention to detail are required.
