About the Role
ITE Group is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytical product development and reporting solutions. You will define product vision, gather business requirements, build dashboards, and drive insights for the exhibition business.

Responsibilities
- Owning analytical products: lead development and continuous improvement of analytical products and reporting solutions
- Applying product management practices: define product vision, priorities, roadmap, and backlog for BI solutions
- Gathering and structuring business requirements from stakeholders
- Hands on reporting and dashboard development: design, build, refine, and validate analytical outputs
- Insights management: proactively identify patterns, trends, and commercial implications from data
- Driving customer value through analytics: ensure analytical products support decision making and commercial performance
- Translating business needs into analytical solutions: convert business questions into reporting logic and KPI definitions
- Managing cross functional delivery: coordinate delivery of analytical initiatives across teams
- Supporting adoption and change management: promote adoption of reports and dashboards
- Ensuring data quality and trust in reporting: work with data teams to improve data quality and governance
- Supporting strategic decision making: use analytics to identify trends and business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or analytical product ownership
- Strong hands on experience with reports and dashboards, including BI tools and reporting logic
- Experience applying product management or product ownership techniques to analytical solutions
- Strong understanding of KPI design, reporting structures, dashboard usability, and business oriented analytics
- Experience in exhibition, events, or related B2B commercial industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms
- Fluency in English required; Russian is an advantage

Does this describe you?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or analytical product ownership roles
- Strong hands on experience with reports and dashboards, including the ability to work directly with business intelligence tools and reporting logic
- Experience applying product management or product ownership techniques to analytical solutions, reporting products, or business intelligence services
- Strong understanding of KPI design, reporting structures, dashboard usability, and business oriented analytics
- Experience in the exhibition, events, or related B2B commercial industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear analytical requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with senior business leaders and cross functional teams
- Experience in requirement gathering, prioritization, delivery coordination, and user adoption
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and analytical best practices
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
- Experience working in cloud based data environments and with modern data platforms
