Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within retail, e commerce, or outdoor lifestyle brands
- Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management to support sustainable growth
- Proficiency in operations management, including supply chain, inventory, and quality control oversight
- Experience in brand development, marketing, and customer experience for direct to consumer businesses
- Knowledge of the outdoor industry and familiarity with hunting, fishing, camping, or hiking gear and communities
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in an on site environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills with partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
- Comfort with digital tools and e commerce platforms; experience with analytics and performance tracking is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the Tangier region and global markets are a plus

Role Description
- The Owner role at Hellomaterials is a full time, on site position based in Tangier.
