- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Intelligence Analysts and Data Specialists
- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies, reporting standards, and analytics frameworks
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions
- Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership, finance, operations, marketing, and product teams to identify analytical needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
- Oversee data collection, transformation, and reporting processes
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Evaluate and implement BI tools, technologies, and best practices
- Prepare executive level reports and presentations to support strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques
- Experience working with data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting systems
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
