About the Role
Bevertec is seeking a Programmer Analyst (Level 2) for a 2-year contract in Ottawa to develop and enhance business intelligence, analytics, and custom application solutions. The role requires an active Secret Clearance and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.

- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and BI solutions
- Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Develop and support ETL processes and data integrations
- Create analytical models and reporting capabilities
- Participate in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams
Requirements
- Degree in a Computer Science–related field, Computer or Software Engineering, or Project Management
- Experience focused on military, safety, global affairs, or finance within the public sector
- Experience delivering solutions with a variety of Business Intelligence solutions/applications
- Experience leading a team of three (3) or more Architect or Developers
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience, within the last ten (10) years implementing the integration of multiple differing technologies into a single Business Intelligence enterprise (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
- Active Secret Clearance Required
