- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover opportunities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define reporting requirements and improve data quality
- Monitor key performance indicators and support forecasting activities

Role Description
- Support data driven decision making by transforming complex data into actionable business insights.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure performance, and uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide stakeholders with clear, accurate, and meaningful information.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define reporting requirements, improve data quality, and optimize data processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators, support forecasting activities, and deliver analytical recommendations that drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and overall business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, along with advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
- Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, data modeling, and business performance metrics is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of business intelligence frameworks, data governance principles, performance measurement methodologies, and reporting best practices is a plus.
